After years in broadcast journalism in Philadelphia, I transitioned (not by choice) into pubic relations. Now, I am embracing being my own boss, working with clients on public relations strategies, social media and content management and doing green lifestyle reports on KYW Newsradio (January 2013). I’m also enjoying working in my community on sustainability issues and outreach. As a general assignment reporter, I learned to become an expert in something, if only for a day. The topics of this blog are wide-ranging. I have a broad view of the world and am naturally curious about many things. Enjoy my musings and rants and let me know your thoughts.
Hi Brenda,
Nice to see you are alive and kicking (ass) in a small town. Welcome to the real world. (Grew up in Harrington, DE, where I knew everybody – or someone who knew them – in the two lower, slower counties of Delaware – Kent and Sussex). Your local citizens probably don’t realize that you were beamed there from the Mothership of Sustainability in Cherry Hill, NJ. Thank you and your remarkably talented team for your previous encouragement and insights, as we struggled to develop our own 501(c)(3) sustainable organization.
