Education has to be a priority in this nation and around the world. It seems one of the first budget cuts made when governments have to belt-tighten are education programs and programs for the poor.
Fast-forward to college and a tuition bill is eye-popping. Unless you start saving for each child at birth (if you can), a student will be scratching and clawing for every scholarship, grant or loan dollar he or she can find.
